Ariane Benefit, M.S.Ed. has helped hundreds of "unconventional" and " predictably unpredictable" people gently release the physical, emotional, and spiritual clutter that keeps them from living with clear intention and purpose. Her mission is to inspire and empower people to resolve the inner conflicts that keep them from getting organized enough to focus on the passions, activities and people that make life worth living.
Ariane founded Neat & Simple Organizing Services in 2005 to use her 25+ years of experience in corporate learning, performance development and change management consulting to help individuals and families improve their quality of life and "make life work."
As an Organizing Coach and ADD Coach she has worked with hundreds of individuals on a deeper level to resolve inner conflicts and get clear about what really matters to the. Ariane empowers people to consciously live their lives as they choose. Instead of trying so hard to change who they are, she facilitates change by helping people see and appreciate their strengths while working around their differences, disabilities and weaknesses.
Throughout her career Ariane has been known for finding ultra - creative, practical and efficient solutions to problems. She was an executive with Arthur Andersen and has provided consulting services to UPS, Avaya, Lucent, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Merrill Lynch, Prudential, Ryder, GE Aerospace, PBS and others. She has designed, developed and managed hundreds of projects with budgets ranging from hundreds to millions of dollars.
Ariane has been a featured speaker at several national ISPI conferences. She has authored hundreds of self-paced instructional books, videos, and web-based e-learning programs. Her work has been published in professional journals. She has coached and led teams of 2-25 people to successfully accomplish goals. In 1993, she launched her own consulting firm “Bridges to Performance” and has been the master of her own destiny ever since.
She is a member of the NSGCD, Attention Deficit Disorder Association, NAPO and the International Society for Performance Improvement
An avid student of psychology, human nature, technology, Feng Shui, gardening, interior decorating, she currently lives with the love of her life, Alan and six awesome cats and in her dream home in Bloomfield, NJ.
Credentials
Ariane holds a Master's Degree in Education (Instructional Design for Organizational Training and with a minor in Business) from the University of Miami, FL. She has a Bachelor's in Spanish, speaks Spanish fluently, and holds certifications in Process Facilitation, Management Development, and Accelerated Learning.
Ariane is deeply committed to continuous learning and professional development. She has trained with the organizing industry’s premier organizer-coach, Denslow Brown and is a graduate of Denslow’s "Coach Approach for Organizers." She has earned the following credentials from the NSGCD:
- Level 2 Specialist Designation in Chronic Disorganization
- Level 2 Specialist Designation in ADD Organizing.
- Currently enrolled in the intensive 18 month CPO-CD (Certified Professional Organizer in Chronic Disorganization) program offered by the NSGCD and will graduate in 2009.
